Ownership of Platform
All content, software, systems, frameworks, algorithms, workflows, designs, text, graphics, logos, and code made available through this platform (collectively, the “Platform”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Postilytic and its creator(s), unless otherwise stated.
This includes, without limitation:
- The Atlas Engine™ and all derivative systems
- Proprietary analysis logic and content intelligence frameworks
- User interface, layout, and experience design
- Platform-generated insights, scoring methodologies, and outputs
All rights are reserved.
License to Use (Not Ownership)
By accessing or using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform and its outputs for your own personal or business purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of:
- The underlying software or code
- The analysis methods or system logic
- Any proprietary frameworks or models used to generate outputs
Platform Outputs
Unless otherwise stated, you retain ownership of your original input content (such as URLs, text, or materials you submit).
However:
- Platform outputs are licensed for use, not sold
- Outputs may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or offered as part of a competing product or service
- Outputs may not be reverse-engineered to replicate platform functionality
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or modify any portion of the Platform or its code
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract system logic
- Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Platform or its data
- Use Platform outputs to build or train competing tools, models, or services
Enforcement
Unauthorized use of the Platform or its intellectual property may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access
- Legal action to enforce intellectual property rights
- Claims for damages and injunctive relief where applicable
